Luxury Villa on the Golf in Sainte-Maxime
Luxury villa with private pool in Sainte-Maxime, Côte d’Azur. Located in the exclusive residential area of the “Domaine du Golf” at 3 kilometers from the beach, the marina and the city center. The villa can accommodate 12 people.
Swimming pool
Completely new swimming pool (optionally heated at an additional cost of 150,- per week) with shallow relaxation area and adjacent terrace with sun beds. The swimming pool has an overflow over the length with a view of the beautifully landscaped garden and the golf. At the pool are sun beds and a cozy lounge sofa.
Garden
There is a beautiful garden with Provencal olive trees, palms, colorful flowers and plants. There is a nice walking path with stairs from the top to the bottom of the garden. In addition to the lovely sun terraces, large dining tables and lounge corners, you will also find nice shaded areas to sit in the summer. In the evening you can illuminate the garden attractively.
Rooms
The spacious bedrooms on the ground floor each have their own bathroom and direct access to the pool.
Living room
The spacious living room has a comfortable large lounge area and cozy reading area around the fireplace.
Master suite
The master suite with en-suite bathroom, large windows and high ceiling is a beautifully light space.
Kitchen
The spacious and fully equipped kitchen has plenty of space to cook a delicious dinner.
Impression of the villa
The villa was completely renovated in the spring of 2022. The modern living room and kitchen are fully equipped and are comfortably furnished for use with 12 people. From the living room you enter the terrace with lounge area and beautiful view over the perfectly maintained garden and the golf.

You enter the 2500m2 fenced property through an automatic gate. In the garden and along the pool you can enjoy complete privacy.

In the basement you have a washing machine and dryer available.
Swimming pool
Optional heated pool with shallow relaxation area and adjacent terrace with sun beds.

All areas have new air conditioning.
Outdoor shower
There is an outdoor shower by the pool.
Mood lighting
The entire garden is equipped with mood lighting, which gives a romantic atmosphere in the evening. The swimming pool can also be attractively lit.

Villages and towns
Sainte-Maxime is located on one of the most beautiful bays of the Côte d’Azur; the bay of Saint Tropez.
The lively town of Sainte-Maxime with its wide sandy beaches, bustling streets, all kinds of shops and a variety of restaurants is only 5 minutes by car.
The world famous and fashionable Saint-Tropez (also accessible via the ferry service from the port of Sainte-Maxime) is located on the other side of the bay.
An absolute must is a visit to the picturesque villages; Grimaud, Ramatuelle, Gassin and Roquebrunes sur Argens. And don’t forget Port Grimaud, the Venice of the Bay of Saint-Tropez.
Beaches
The beautiful and wide sandy beach of Plage La Nartelle is only 3 minutes away and here are several nice beach bars where you can park in front of the door.
To do kids
Very nice for the children is renting an electric boat at the entrance of Port Grimaud.

Around Sainte-Maxime you can fully enjoy wine tasting in one of the many wine estates, for example chateau Minuty in Gassin, Chateau de Berne in Lorgues and winery Domaine des Beaucas in Sainte-Maxime. The latter is a family domain at the foot of the Massif des Maures and is located at an altitude of 250 meters. Extra nice is that from here you have a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.
There are many charming markets to discover in and around Sainte-Maxime. You should definitely visit the indoor market called “Marché Couvert” in the center.
The Gorges du Verdon or the Grand Canyon du Verdon is a gorge on the border of the departments of Var and Alpes-de-Haute-Provence. Impressive, steep cliffs and dizzying depths, the absolute top of which is the famous Falaise d’Escalès, an 800-meter high, perpendicular mountain wall. Le Thoronet Abbey , a former Cistercian abbey from the year 1146, is located near Le Thoronet. The sight of the abbey is impressive and gives you a good idea of what a Cistercian monastery must have looked like in the Middle Ages.

Directions
- When you arrive in Sainte-Maxime, follow the signs for Golf de Sainte-Maxime.
- Then follow the Avenue du Débarquement at the roundabout where you enter the domain of the golf along the Avenue Célestin Montcocol.
- There you go straight through the entrance gate (after midnight with code) and go up the Avenue Célestin Montocol.
- Then take the second right, Rue Louis Belaud de la Bellaudiere.

On the day of arrival you can use the villa from 4 pm. On the day of departure you must vacate the villa before 10:00 am.
Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel, we will charge a cancellation fee. This amounts to:
- Up to 30 days before arrival date: 25% of the rental price;
- Within 30 days before arrival date: 100% of the rental price.
